Universal energy operates in a spectrum, in the same way that light has a spectrum, and these spectrum variations produce different healing approaches. I am trained in three of these: White Light. healing, Flower Essence therapy, and Reiki.
White Light
White Light healing is the 'white' or 'crystal' spectrum of energy and is more powerful than Reiki as it uses a higher vibration of energy. Reiki is still very appropriate for some circumstances, but White Light can get to deeper levels and shift issues more quickly.
White Light is an energy that is used with the support of a spirit team who are skilled in it's application. In this approach I act an an 'anchor' to ground the energy while the spirit team conduct the healing work. Therefore it is not necessary for me to have direct contact with the recipient when using White Light energy. The teams each have their own domain of expertise, so whilst I have two key teams I work with most frequently, I will also work with other specialist teams, ascended masters, and devas as appropriate. For those wondering, the teams are comprised of loving spiritual beings who have committed to helping mankind. They are very different to the type of 'spirits' you may think of normally, ie not Great Auntie Hilda who passed away last year!

Reiki
Reiki is a very old Japanese healing method. It uses what is often called the 'golden ray' spectrum and is very widely used. I have lineage to both Karuna Reiki and Shin Reiki. I rarely use Reiki now as I find far more can be achieved through using White Light and working with the teams.
Healing is a gentle complementary therapy and will help the body and spirit progress to where they need to be. This is not always a 'cure' and sometimes may simply be helping a person or animal to have a peaceful passing at the end of their life. Every person and animal has unique and special needs to which healing will respond and adapt.
'A man is ethical only when life, as such, is sacred to him, that of plants and animals as that of his fellow men, and when he devotes himself helpfully to all life that is in need of help.'
Albert Schweitzer
